Pairings
Barbaresco Gallina Vineyard Gallina pairs well with dishes from the Langa region as well as international cuisine. In particular, it is at its best with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.
The Gallina cru
Barbaresco DOCG Gallina comes from the Gallina vineyard, the most famous in the entire Neive area. Included in Renato Ratti's Barbaresco Chart, it was one of the first crus to be mentioned on the labels of local producers. With a south/south-west exposure, it produces Nebbiolo grapes that give depth and extreme elegance to the wines.
