Manual harvest in early October. Fermentation with maceration for approximately 10 days. Aged for 10 months in 320-liter and 500-liter stoneware amphorae.

The essence of the Nebbiolo grapes

No wood influence: we chose stoneware amphora as the vessel for ageing this Nebbiolo selection, allowing it to fully develop its potential through a long ageing process, free from tannins or aromas released by the material. Bottling without filtration completes a process of respecting and enhancing the grape variety and the Neive terroir. It stands out for its red fruit and floral notes, pleasantness, vibrant tannins, and freshness, elegantly maintaining its connection to the grape variety.
