Pairings

Velvety and inviting when paired with typical hazelnut cake, various types of tarts and fine pastries, it is surprising when paired with blue cheeses.

A bunch of grapes in the glass.

Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a unique wine in the world for its aromatic bouquet and pleasantness. Savoring a glass of Moscato is like having a bunch of grapes in your glass: the typical aromas of Moscato grapes are found in the wine in a mellow, sweet mouthfeel, balanced by a fresh acidity and a pleasant sparkle. The Gallina Vineyard, calcareous and magnificently exposed to the sun, produces golden bunches rich in aromas.
