Vinificazione
The Barbaresco base wine, after about a year in French oak barrels, reaches the peak of its fruity expression. It then ages for another three months in French oak barrels with an infusion of herbs and spices, including cinchona root, gentian root, quassia wood, cardamom seeds, juniper berries, tonka bean, mace, and chamomile.

Sweet-sour aroma
Chynos is the Francone family's offering, continuing the Piedmontese tradition of aromatized wines, a long-standing tradition that boasts products such as Vermouth and Chinato wines, popular aperitifs and digestifs. Chynos is an excellent digestif, pleasing for its balanced bittersweet aroma and lightness, along with its 16% alcohol content.
