Pairings
Barbaresco Fausoni pairs well with dishes from the Langa region as well as international cuisine. In particular, it is at its best with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.

The Fausoni Vineyard
Fausoni is one of the most characteristic crus in the Barbaresco area, located near the old village of Neive. Its exposure (west, south-west) and soil composition guarantee wines with intense colour, solid structure, richness and just the right amount of acidity. This is a Barbaresco that needs time to express itself and rewards with ageing.
