Manual harvest between late September and early October. Traditional fermentation with maceration for approximately 8 days at a temperature of approximately 24°C. Aged for 6 months in steel tanks.

To enjoy young or medium aged up to 36-48 months after the harvest.

Delicate appetizers, savory pies, first courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Barbera d’Alba DOC L’Amorosa is a highly enjoyable wine, thanks to the careful selection of the harvest time and the fermentation that takes place at temperatures no higher than 28°C, to maintain and enhance its fruity character.
