Grappa is a traditional distillate. The unique and exclusive aromatic characteristics of Grappa Invecchiata Francone are due to the distillation of Nebbiolo grape pomace and the patient ageing in French oak barrels. Distillation is a masterful art where, through careful interpretation of distillation temperatures, the "heads" and "tails" are eliminated, selecting the purest and richest part of the finest aromas. ageing in barrels allows the Grappa to achieve harmony, concentrating the aromas and rounding out the flavor. It is the "smooth" Grappa par excellence.
