Recipe: Gnocchi with Fontina cheese and Fassona liver paired to Barbera

Damiano Nigro is a starred chef, a leading figure of the Italian Haut cuisine and he is now running the gourmet restaurant “Damiano NIgro e il bistrot Damà” at Villa d’Amelia Relais (Benevello CN). In this video, the chef proposes  a course created in combination with our Barbara DOC L’Amorosa: a modern and fruity wine that the chef really likes because he appreciates  some peculiarities  like the authenticity and the respect of the raw material, typical of his cooking style too.
